The Real Woman Foundation held its quarterly seminar tagged “A Day with Nike Adeyemi & Friends….with the theme “YAHOO or YA-WHO?” at THE BALMORAL HALL - 98, Kudirat Abiola Way Oregun, Lagos.
The President of The Real Woman Foundation, Mrs. Adenike Adeyemi came up and spoke on the theme of the day “YAHOO or YA WHO?” She encouraged the young people to know who they are so they would not succumb to peer pressure and derail from the call of God for their lives. She expounded on Joseph and David’s story in the Bible and encouraged the young people to be faithful at all times to God in whatever situation they may find themselves. She asked them to break away from friends that may influence them negatively, develop themselves towards fulfilling their destinies and honour God and all the authorities he has placed over their lives. After the teaching, there was an interactive session where various questions were treated in line with the theme for the day.
ATTENDANCE
The total attendance was seven hundred and fifty nine (759); of which three hundred and thirty five (335) were first timers while the remaining four hundred and twenty four (424) people have attended The Real Woman Seminar at one time or the other. We also had twenty five (25) new converts at the programme.
Finally, there was a call for partnership and the seminar was brought to a close with the benediction at 2:55 pm.
