The Real Woman Foundation held its quarterly seminar tagged “A Day with Nike Adeyemi….with the theme “STRATEGIC MOTHERS” at THE BALMORAL- 98, Kudirat Abiola Way Oregun, Lagos.
The meeting started at 10am with an opening prayer followed by a praise and worship session. After the welcome address the Adenike Adeyemi came up to speak on the theme of the day “STRATEGIC MOTHERS”. She taught the women to be sensitive towards their children and encouraged that they work in collaboration with the teachers in school to achieve an excellent result. Nike Adeyemi acknowledged that working mothers have a greater responsibility thereby need the help of God. They were also advised against comparison with respect to children but encouraged to celebrate each child’s uniqueness and reward good behaviour with praise and gifts. She concluded by asking mothers to speak blessings continually on their children and model to them the kind of life they desire from them to emulate.
ATTENDANCE
The total attendance was three hundred and sixty (360); of which thirty three (33) were new comers while the remaining three hundred and twenty seven (327) people had attended The Real Woman Seminar at one time or the other.
Finally, there was a call for partnership made by Mrs. Adenike Adeyemi. The seminar was brought to a close with the benediction at 2:45pm.
