On Saturday, 3rd March, 2012, The Real Woman Foundation held its first seminar for the year; with the theme "ARISE, TAKE YOUR PLACE" at the Annex 1 hall, Daystar Christian Center, Plot A3C Ikosi Road, beside Gtbank, Oregun, Lagos.

Pastor Nike Adeyemi’s talk was in line with the theme “Arise, take your place”. She based her teaching on Esther chapter 5 from verse 1 and she spoke extensively about the need for a woman to know the mind of God, to allow God to take his place before the woman can take her place.

She explained further that a woman cannot create a vision for herself outside God’s leading. She encouraged women to take their place in the family, in their career, in the church and in the marketplace.
